problems posting comments, and veiwing screenshots

Hi. I do hope this is the right section to ask this. Whenever I try to comment on a torrent I get an error message. I have used bc for a few years now and this problem is new to me. I am a complete nube, I have never opened any ports manually, or added any rules to a firewall or anything like that my self, and would probably have problems trying without full support along the way. As I said I am a complete newb, for which I apologise so please do not flame me with insults and sarcasm as I am only trying to get a little advice. also I apologise for the lack of paragraphing, but the enter button is doing nothing here. Here is an image of the error message I receive, I have just reinstalled bc and still get the problem, I get it at home and I get it here too (Mum's house, different isp). and image of the free space on my hdds, as error suggests that.
