Problem with slow DL but not with movies.

Hi all, I used to have good connection with bitcomet, i had a recent unexpected reset of my computer after which, when i dl movies or any film format, my dl is good around 200kb/s. but when i dl anything else like games or software, its down to max of 15kb/s. any idea whats wrong? Thanks.

Edit: forgot to add, when i use my laptop to dl the same program, from the same source i get the normal 200kb/s.
