Nothing is downloading

Hi Guys,

I can't dowload any films or music from my bitcomet, nothing comes at all ... I have installed the Bitcomet device, and when i want to download anything from T411 for example, everything works perfectly, but everything stays at "0" as you can see in my attach print screen.
