Opening Bitcomet - Internet crash

HI.

After I open Bitcomet my Internet totaly crashes. All browsers are dead. Even other devices connected to the same modem are loosing the internet connection. If i close Bit comet, the system are restore at normal functions in seconds. Opening second time, internet are working but slowly and crashing sometimes. I`m using bitcomet for so many years and I didn`t have this problem until few months ago using same computer and same SO and browser settings. If is not a bitcomet bug can be the internet provider?
